March – June 2017

Programme promotion and awareness campaign.

7 July 2017

Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to the primary contact within the next business day. Companies will then receive an invoice via email within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Registered companies choosing to withdraw from the process (by contacting a Best Companies Group representative) may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is emailed to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is 14 July. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Deadline to submit employee survey customisation requests (optional).
Deadline to request alternate language employee surveys (if applicable).
Deadline to request surveying additional employees (optional).

14 July 2017

Deadline to submit your company's list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

14 July 2017

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be emailed to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

4 August 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

11 August 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email.

1 September 2017

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey.

Early October 2017

Notifications are issued to the participants.

October/November 2017

The Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are emailed to participating companies. Only the Employee Demographic and Comments Reports are sent at this time.

November 2017

"Best Places to Work in Property" publication is released by Property Week.

April 2018

"Best Placesto Work in Property" awards event.

April/May 2018

The benchmarking portions of the Employee Feedback Report are emailed to companies purchasing the report.

News & Updates
